It sounds like you will have to get in touch with DFN again to re-issue an invitation. If you updated your IdP in the last few months (possibly switched versions or products), then it’s possible that the identifier connecting you to CAT has changed.

Hello,
I’m IdP administrator for uni-erfurt.de but can’t manage our Idp anymore “You are not managing any Identity Provider”. I got the invitation token last year in october and it worked. What can I do?
