Dear all!

we have hardware problems with the host monitor.eduroam.org. Aside of
all services on https://monitor.eduroam.org this has negative impact on
authentication of IdP admins for cat.eduroam.org.

We need to reboot the machine and expect to correct this issue in a
short time.

Note, cat.eduroam.org is working ok for end users.
