I'd hope that as a lecturer at MH Trossingen, you would be given a relevant account there to use. However, if they are not a member of eduroam (I wouldn't know without looking things up) then no, you won't have an eduroam-capable account

(Institutes may also have rules about who can have accounts and how they can be used of course)
