Are these devices from the future? To my best knowledge, the U.S. band on 
Huawei using Google will only start to have an effect once the Mate
P30 Pro is on sale; previous smartphones are still exempt.

And the P30 Pro is not out yet?

Or are we talking about devices bought in China which weren't meant to 
international use, and which have alternative app stores?
