This list speaks English. It sounds like you are using some Apple device, are 
you?
After installing the profile, nothing will happen automatically.
You have to initiate the connection yourself.
On the attempt to connect to eduroam, you should get prompted
for username and password. Have you tried to enter your credentials?
What happened?
