Sure. Please log into CAT and on your institution overview page, use the
button "Check realm reachability". This will run a number of detailed
tests and will tell you what's wrong with your certificate, if anything.

Please let us know what the outputs of the tool's "static connectivity
test" are and we'll take it further from there.
