Hi,

 their institution name in CAT is "Høgskolen i Innlandet"

Therefore the installer name comes out as eduroam-W10-HiI.exe

This is a capilal "el" after the Hi, change the font and you will see that.

If they would like to change that, there is a profile-level option to
set your own installer suffix that will replace the default.
