The tabs "Current users" and "Previous users" are now in the code and
will be part of 2.0.2.

Given that I (unrelatedly) also added a function to find out if we have
authentication records at all for a given user, I have also added a
conditional button for "previous users": if we don't have any logged
authentications, and thus don't need the user to have an audit trail,
then the UI will now actually display the "Delete user" button which
purges all traces of that now-obsolete user from our system.
