Hello!

This is Alvin from Advanced Science and Technology Institute (ASTI), Philippines. I'm one of the federation administrator for eduroam in PH.
I'm trying to add new IdP to use eduroam CAT but can't find the button "Click here to manage your federations" to add new one.

You need to get yourself recognised as National Roaming Operator in the eduroam Operations Support Systems first:
