Hi Tomasz,

There is one case where credentials installation went fine and the other where it failed. Is this how you observe it in the interlace?

Yes, one log was produced using a 2018 CAT .exe, the other using a recently downloaded CAT .exe. Those tests were made using the same credentials.
Using the new CAT .exe the credential installation error message pops up.

In the case of the failed installation, is it possible that the password contains the ampersand character? If so then it is known and will be fixed in the 2.0.1 update which will appear in April.

I reviewed that thread but no ampersand was used here. And all our passwords are restricted to ASCII 32-126 characters.

Even when the credentials installation fails, the user should still be able to connect to eduroam - Windows should pop up the credentials prompt and ten save the credentials properly.

That is nice but our users take this issue as an error. Could the pop-up message be a bit more verbose?

Also.. what is that "C:\WINDOWS\sysnative" path? It seems that "sysnative" should be something like "System32" instead.

Alberto
