The information you get from CAT is curated by your home organisation,
i.e. those who issued your eduroam account.
Maybe they made a mistake in the information supplied, or you made a
mistake in applying the configuration (beyond CAT, things like a
mistyped username or wrong password can make the connection fail).
If it is a mistake in institution-provided information, we can sometimes
help and guide the local IT administrators; the responsibility for the
information supplied remains with them though.
Your problem report did not indicate who your home organisation is. The
only information I see is your mail domain "elektrobau.cz" which is not
a registered eduroam participant.
Your next steps should be to contact your local organisation's IT
department and ask them about your configuration. You can additionally
supply the name of your organisation to us and we can make some sanity
checks on the local configuration as observable from the outside.
Greetings,
Stefan Winter
