Hm. There's a little bug there indeed.

The line with an empty name gets generated for devices which don't exist
in our current configuration (i.e. which were discontinued over time).

That's bug #1: discontinued devices should be hidden from the overview.

The number you see is either Windows XP (Spain is at 19088 there) or
13720 for what is recorded in the database as "android_Pie". It doesn't
get displayed properly because the device configuration lists it as
"android_pie" (no capitals).

And that's bug #2: why is the device that is called android_pie in
config recorded in the DB as android_Pie? None of the other Android
entries exhibit the same behaviour.

I'll find out and will get this fixed in 2.0.1.
