Hello,

"certutil -addstore" fails if the temp-dir contains spaces?

From the debug-log:

installing certificate C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Temp\cert-1.crt
Execute: certutil -addstore -user ca C:\Users\User 
Name\AppData\Local\Temp\cert-1.crt
certutil returned 1


In https://github.com/GEANT/CAT/blob/master/devices/ms/Files/common.inc line 
252 it looks
like $TEMP\${ca_file} should be enclosed in quotation marks.

Of course all other uses of $TEMP have the same problem.
