Thank you for the detailed description of the symptoms.

As you correctly suspect: if others are using the same hotspot
successfully but you can't, then the issue is very likely with your
Identity Provider @unipg.it. Your first step in getting help is then the
IT support of that university.

The purpose of this mailing list is only in helping with our onboarding
tool "eduroam CAT", with which you do not seem to have an issue.
