This must be a Mac. It is the only operating system which occasionally
produces detailed, accurate and helpful diagnostics.

In this particular case, it tells you that the authentication server
does not respond. Such an issue is unrelated to local configuration of
your device. I.e. something in the network is broken, and you cannot be
authenticated at this point in time. No amount of fiddling with your
configuration will make this go away.

This is typically a transient problem until the network problem has been
fixed by whom this concerns.

If you do not want to wait, do what the second sentence above suggests:
talk to your network administrator so he can check the network
infrastructure.

eduroam Identity Providers are free to sign-up to the CAT tool or not.
Apparently, PFH Göttingen did not. We can't help you with that - we
don't force universities to make use of our tooling.
