Well, if your organisation is already listed then someone inside your
organisation has gotten the token earlier.

If that person is unavailable or you are authorised to become a second
admin, then that is something that will be sorted out by your eduroam
National Roaming Operater, RENATER. Please contact RENATER for the next
steps.
