Judging form the background image, this looks like the installed has been taken from the German (DFN) installation.
At the moment German institutions are in a transition process to the global CAT - there are still redirectrs form the global CAT to the DFN installation.
One of the main differences is that global CAT installers are signed with GEANT EV certificate and therefore the installers are trusted by Windows, the installers signed by the DFN CAT use a different signature which may cause such warnings.

In short this is a passing phase.
