The SAML access gateway (eduroam SP proxy) is not under control of the
CAT admins.

However, if you could post some more detail beyond the fact that you are
having difficulties then I can forward this to the people concerned. So,
what is your login problem exactly?

This sounds wrong. CAT is a tool to help *you* onboard *your* users.
Once your users have a working setup, it will work world-wide. There is
no particular connection to the UK involved.

And "eduroam" as such is a world-wide fabric, irrespective of country.
Noone along the infrastructure needs to know anything about your RADIUS
servers, regardless of hotspot location.

You merely tell CAT about them so that it can create the installers for
your users for your institution. And none of the CAT components are
located in the UK either :-)
