That code is rather big. Look at core/diag/RADIUSTests.php.

Basically, we are running a very ordinary eapol_test run. The
wpa_supplicant.conf file is created on-the-fly with the private function
wpaSupplicantConfig() and the cmdline parameters for eapol_test are
assembled in the private function eapolTestConfig().

Both are called in the function executeEapolTest().
