You downloaded an installer for King's College London from the website
https://cat.eduroam.org that is?

That's a good start. As the help desk of KCL indicates, you then only
need to remember that your username has to be suffixed with the KCL
domain name:

"Login using your King's username e.g. address@concealed and password."

Forgetting the @... part is the most common caveat if a proper CAT
installer is used.
