We have changed the wrong quotation mark in the Czech source and
recompiled the translation. Your bug is now fixed.

While we were at it, we also found that both Italian and Portuguese have
menwhile completed their translation and while fixing the bug we added
those two new languages in one go.

As a result, CAT is now available in 16 languages.
