Hello,

I had to go to your login site myself to be able to read the error
message - your screenshot really has a much too low resolution.

The error is apparently:

"Web Login Service - Unsupported Request
The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this
service. "

which means that your IdP is not willing to cooperate with the eduroam
authentication proxy.

Your IdP administrator needs to load the SAML SP metadata for the
following SAML Entity Id into its IdP:

https://monitor.eduroam.org/sp/module.php/saml/sp/metadata.php/default-sp
