Adding to Stefan's list: This might also be your Adblock Plus:

Try do deactivate it by going to eduroam.org, click on the red
Stopg-Sign "ABP" icon in the toolbar and click on the button labeled
"Enabled on this site" (or similiar, I don't have a chrome browser with
ABP at hand). Then reload eduroam.org and see if it's working now.

Don't be afraid: This will only disable ABP for eduroam.org and they
don't have evil tracking or ads. It will stay effective on all other
sites.
