Most likely this is caused by the false positives generated on some of the installers and as a result blacklisting the whole site.

URL:Mal means blacklisted URL or IP and site can be removed from black list only by Avast team members.

there is nothing wrong with the URL.

Nor with the content behind: it's a JSON construct which unsurprisingly
contains a list of all Identity Providers in the system.

Could you clean up the page code ?

Could you suspect a malfunction of the virus scanner instead?
