To be clear, this is the *now-primary* one. We will switch primaryship
after the change, so that installers signed from now on will by default
use the brand new certificate, with an expiry date in 2021. The
early-2019 one will from now on only serve as backup, so most installers
generated from now on will have a very long validity ahead of them.
