Hi

I'm hoping you can help. I currently have the ability to manage the CAT tool
for Oxford University and would like Katherine Craddock to be able to do the
same. JISC have advised (see below) that I should be able to invite another
person to become and administrator, but I don't see the invite button. Could
you please advise how I can resolve this?

Thanks

Ian

Hi Ian,

If you log in to CAT as an admin you should have the option to invite further
admins yourself. That said I did get a report a week or so ago that the
invite button was not available for someone. Cases like that should be
reported to the people supporting CAT at
cat-users AT lists.geant.org

Regards,
Nik

Enquiry # (Ref:IN:00291246) with the following details has been created:

Subject: Administering the CAT tool
Open Date: 23/03/2018 16:01
Caller Email:
ian.teasdale AT it.ox.ac.uk
Caller Name: Ian Teasdale
Enquiry: Hi

I'm apparently registered as an admin for doing things like certificate
changes on our Cat tool and would like Katherine Craddock (copied) to have
the same ability. Would you be able to advise me how I'd go about doing that?
Katherine has already registered for the JISC community if that helps.

Thanks

Ian
