Institutions can opt-in (free) to use our services on that website, or not.

Either UP8 does not make use of our services, or they use it only to
generate installers to distribute them locally on a internal helpdesk
page etc.

In the unlikely case that they do want to participate and don't know
how, we have a chapter in the institution administrator manual:
