Maybe you signed up earlier with a different Identity Provider - like the 
social ones?

The alternative is that your IdP maybe changed your user identifier. In that 
case, you are somebody "totally new" to the system and have to request a 
re-invitation to manage your eduroam inst by your National Roaming Operator 
(CRU).
