So you downloaded the macOS profile from eduroam CAT for your institution? Is that Hellenic Open University?

You should contact your home organization for assistance, as noted on this page. The URL, e-mail and phone number are listed right there.

The IT support personnel at Aristotle University probably won't be able to help you at this stage. If you do install the settings and successfully connect to eduroam at some site but it still doesn't work for your at AUTh, then perhaps they could be of help.
