Your IdP admin has probably installed a new version of IdP software since the beggining of September.

In September, your unique user ID (eduPersonTargetedID attribute value) was:

30c2c3187bd980349f8fccd1e8f5665fa2b65cf3

and now it is:

140872fea3200838d6b42b1b909250d044a7cd23

This probbably happened because your IdP admin migrated from some earlier version of SimpleSAMLphp to SimpleSAMLphp 1.14.x  which fixed the eduPersonTargetedID format issue.

Replacing value "30c2c3187bd980349f8fccd1e8f5665fa2b65cf3" with "140872fea3200838d6b42b1b909250d044a7cd23" in eduroam CAT database would probably solve the problem.

I've looked into eduroam supporting services authentication logs, but I wasn't able to find any autehentication responses from iucc.ac.il until October 24 15:05:01.

Can you tell us when was the last time you used eduroam CAT application before October 24?

Assuming that you have not deleted something by mistake, it would appear that your identifier has changed. Either you have used another method of authentication, for instance Google instead of your home institution. Another possibility can be that settings at your home institution have changed and it now sends another identifier.
