always use your home account. I assume this is "la universidad de origen".
Presumably, this is something like
username AT ucm.es

To whatever eduroam place you're travelling, your request is always forwarded
to your home institution. Your home RADIUS server then checks your credentials
and sends back its decision to the local RADIUS server. They will trust this
decision and accept or reject you. So you always need the installer of your
home institution.

In fact, the best is to prepare your mobile devices _before_ you leave,
so you can make sure your account has at least worked at home.
