Hello,

the newest version of the Android app (41) which was pushed out very
recently has a new button "Select Config File" (see the menu) which
allows the user to browser his entire filesystem.

So, a special guidance on file location is not required any more.

We are aware that version 4.4 and below do not allow to browse the full
filesystem this way and only offer a view of "Downloads" to choose from.
This is an Android system limitation we found no easy way out from.

We are also aware that bespoke "Downloads" is not an actual folder on
the filesystem but some meta-folder and that it is not possible to "put
a file in that folder" manually.

Since the functionality works for higher versions, we decided not to
prioritise on fixing that behavhiour. Patches are welcome though.

Greetings,

Stefan Winter
