first things first: it is usually helpful to check auto-correct
replacements before sending. The above subject as sent has almost landed
you in the spam queue.

If the installers install successfully, i.e. no error message, (and your
report doesn't suggest they do not) then this is an issue where only
your local IT support can help you find out why your account doesn't
work any more.
