The mailing list for users of the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)

Participation on the CAT platform is voluntary for eduroam institutions.
You will only find info there if both the country (China) and the
Institution (Zhejiang University)  decided to participate.

Unfortunately, China is not currently using our system, and we have only
very incomplete contact data about the eduroam National Roaming Operator
in China, so we don't even know whom to contact there (in fact, I do see
that the organisation in charge is CSTNET and I see the name of a
contact, but no email address).

So, as a simple end user, there is little you can do to change the
situation. If you want to get in touch with your university admins at
Zhejiang, you can show them the following administrator manual for CAT:

And if they want to show CSTNET something about eduroam CAT, this would
