iOS? I was days going around on circles triying to get CNA working, until reading about 10.x Webkit bugs, and upgrading from 10.x to the 11 beta.

Subject: [[cat-users]] Apple/macOS Captive Portal - Download Link Not Working
 
When the Apple CNA/Mini Browser brings up the  cat.eduroam.org page, the
download link does not do anything - I assume because the CNA is somehow
blocking something since it thinks it does not have internet access. Has
anyone found a trick to make the CNA/mini broswer work for downloading?
