I just walked up to our secretariat and they confirmed that our
telephone system functions normally. I even called the number from my
cellphone, and much to my non-surprise, our secretary picked up the call.

What are you talking about?

I'm pretty sure you can try that, too, if you still have a fax.

I forwarded this mail to the eduroam Service Manager. He is also on this
list. He will decide on his own whether he wants to talk to you or not,
I guess.
