Hello,

I believe there might be a password length issue with the CAT tool and Windows. In testing our installers we received the attached error message. It appeared when using a 27 character password. Changing the user's password to 10 characters removed the message and the tool worked as expected. Changing the user's password 26 characters again cause the program to error. We noticed the issue with Windows 10 and Windows 7. We have yet to test on a Mac.
