Did you previously configure Android manually? On recent Android
versions, the app is not allowed to delete/overwrite configurations it
did not create itself, and an error message occurs.

To fix this problem, go to your Wi-Fi settings, delete your manually
created eduroam connection, and then use the app to re-create it properly.
