ah, now I do understand :-)

Carleton is apparently not using CAT at all right now, and wants to
become a CAT customer.

In that case: the NRO, CANARIE, can send you an invitation link to the
system. Chris Phillips is subscribed to this list and can take it from here.

Basically, as an inst admin you upload all the relevant deployment
details of your RADIUS setup and the installation script is then
produced for you.

And no, we certainly do not require Java in our Linux installers :-)
