Since version 1.1, the UUID of every generated profile is stable, and
MacOS should overwrite the config when it's installed again.

This was verified to work. If it seriously does not work right now, then
either recent MacOS updates changed its behaviour or we've introduced a bug.

Do you have anecdotal evidence since when you see this? Like, only on
10.12.x devices?

New installs delete their previous incarnation during the installation
process.

In any case, TLS session reuse? That doesn't look like it can happen
during installation time.

I'm a bit baffled by your mail. If you have steps to reproduce, I'm all
ears.
