Hello,

if things do not work on multiple platforms, then probably there is a
configuration issue either with the information the us.es administrator
has uploaded to CAT, his RADIUS server, or with your account (maybe it
has expired...).

Please contact your local administrator for further investigations;
there is nothing we can do here.
