Maybe you used a different IdP earlier on? Like, Google to setup your
CAT profile but now you are trying an eduGAIN IdP?

Or, mabye your IdP has changed its way of identifying you to the system
(different persistent NameID / eduPersonTargetedId)? This sometimes
happens when upgrading IdP software.

The one to fix it is your eduroam National Roaming Operator. He sends a
new invite for the IdP in question, and you redeem the invitation token
with your new ID.

That sounds like an easy to achieve destiny. I'm sure there are ships
that get you there :-)
