a delay of exactly five seconds is a symptom of "server timeout". This
means that your device cannot contact the server that would usually
verify your password.

This is not a configuration issue you can do anything about. You will
need to ask your IT helpdesk service to look into this so they can find
out where exactly in the Wi-Fi infrastructure the problem is.
