The error message means that there is a problem with the server which
checks if your username and password are correct.

This is not a problem with the eduroam CAT installation tool, so it's
out of scope for this mailing list. You may want to contact the UPM
authentication server administrators. These administrators did not tell
us any contact details how to reach them. You would have to know that
yourself.
