Well, since you included the (expired) invitation link then the question
is where exactly are you stuck?

Did you consume the invitation token back on 01 Aug?

If you did, did you enter all the required information that is needed to
create the installers?

If you did, did you enable public download by setting the
"Production-Ready" flag?

If all of this is done, then the installers will be publicly available.
