doesnt work like that I'm afraid.

Organisations are added to the system when their configuration/profile in 
eduroamCAT is
complete - the organisation themselevs need to be in the eduroamCAT system -
thus Institute of High Energy Physics (Beijing) would need to be in 
eduroamCAT - a
task done by them requesting their NRO to give them an invite etc.

so, firstly Institute of High Energy Physics (Beijing) would need to be a 
member of
eduroam, then they would need to create their profile etc on the site.


however, none of this stops you from actually using eduroam when at other 
places
SO LONG AS Institute of High Energy Physics (Beijing) are members of eduroam 
and
thus you could be an eduroam user. so, are they?  if so, they must already
have some way of you being online - some documentation/screenshots or setup 
tool?
