In terms of CAT, you can self de-register from your institution
("Add/Remove administrators"). Ideally, you would do that after your
successor has been enrolled for the same institution. If not, the inst
is left with no single admin and the NRO (i.e. Jisc) will need to invite
the new one when he or she is in place.

In terms of mailing lists, it looks like you aren't subscribed to
cat-users and that is all I could remove you from.
