The installer was trying to run some exe from the temp folder and we have this GPO that block exe from specific folders.

Hi Stephane,

Actually it would be really nice if you could try to add the profile manually

netsh wlan add profile filename=wlan_prof-0.xml

Perhaps something blocks this action.
I understand that you are not getting any errors?
You could also run the installer with the -DEBUG=4 flag and check the resulting log file or mail it to me.

You say that no profile has been created. Can you run "netsh wlan show profiles" in a command window and confirm that no profiles are listed?

Windows 10 does not have a nice tool for accessing wireless network configuration, so the profiles are rather hidden.

When I try to run the setup for ‘Ms Windows 10’ with ‘PEAP-Mschapv2’ settings, the setup only displays these logs during installation.

 

After that, it just says the installation is completed but no profile has been created.

 

If I run the windows 7 installer, I can clearly see profile creation, etc…

 

How can I troubleshoot this ?
