Probably, your user identifier changed (maybe due to an upgrade of your
Shibboleth IdP?).

Since user accounts are based on the user identifier
(eduPersonTargetedId), a change of that identifier means you are a new
user without any inherent privileges.

Your NRO operator (RENATER) can send you a new invitation for the
already existing institution in the system.
