Looking at the certificate itself, there is a non-conformity to the RFC
text:

            X509v3 Basic Constraints:
                CA:TRUE

The BasicConstraints CA extension MUST be marked as critical; here it is
not.

This /may/ be the source of the problem.

This is not something you as an end user can fix; you need to convey
this message to the IT personnel in charge.
